Convert DevPanel backup to DDEV environment.

This recording shows me taking a backup of a DevPanel-deployed Drupal application (GovCMS), and converting it into a DDEV local instance of the site.

From DevPanel, choose your deployed application and select Backups, then create a manual backup, selecting all 3 sources (Files, Source, Database). Once complete, download all 3 of these files, and then you can follow the steps here.
