the first few minutes show me setting up the repo (homebrew-freecad) i run a couple diagnostic commands.

there is a lengthy section of me updating my installed formula on the box. the lengthy upgrade process starts around ~= 5:30

the last section is me displaying how to install med-file on a m1 based mac using the homebrew-freecad tap around ~= 15 minute mark
