Demonstrates notary‘s add and remove features:

when calling add in a folder that doesn’t have any file whose name is a variation of license, it asks the user to type a license name. Once typed, it tried to make a guess, then presents it to the user and asks them to choose one (if necessary), input an author name (if necessary) or to confirm writing the license file
when calling remove in a folder that already has a LICENSE file, it will first inform the user that one (or more) files were found and one-by-one ask the user if they want to delete them.
when calling add in a folder that already has a LICENSE file, it will behave as if the user first called remove and then add.
